Linux kernelのmainline 3.17-rc1が公開されていました。
更新内容は以下のとおり。

Changes all over the place, but no huge new architectures or
filesystems. About three quarters of the changes are drivers, and of
the rest, roughly half is architecture updates, with the rest being
misc core changes (networking, filesystems etc)
今回はドライバー周りのアップデートになっていくのでしょうか。
なお、気になっていたstableが二本立てになっていた件については、stable 3.15がEOLになったことがアナウンスされています。
