[mikrotik] RouterOS v7ベータ版で気になったところ

RouterOS v7ベータ版が先週公開になりました。

手元の環境にインストールしてみたのですが、とりあえず気になったところを書いておこうと思います。

利用可能になったところ

• Only available for ARM architecture
• Based on Kernel 4.14.131, which is currently the latest and most supported LTS version
• New CLI style, but compatible with the old one for compatibility
• New routing features, but see below
• OpenVPN UDP protocol support
• NTP client and server now in one, rewritten application
• removed individual packages, only bundle and extra packages will remain

まだ実装されていないもの

• BGP / MPLS disabled
• Extra packages
• Winbox does not show all features, use CLI for most functionality

入れてみた自分が気が付いたところ

ip

torrent機能が追加されていました。国内ではほとんど使用されていないと思いますが、一応RouterOSなんかはtorrentでも配布されています。もしかしたらRouterOS自体の配布もtorrennt経由も想定しているのかもしれませんね。

routing

fantasy？が追加されていますがこれはなんでしょう？　またVRFについてRouter-idという項目が追加されています。

あとroutingについても再起動とか単体で出来るようになっていますね。

log

printの項目にproplistとかshow-idsとか追加されていますね。前より絞り込みがしやすくなった？

さらに気が付いたことがあれば追記していきます。

2020年2月18日：追記

RouterOS 7.0beta5にVXLANが実装されたそうです。

Introduced issues:

- RB850Gx2 and RB911 does not boot

New features in this release:

!) x86 - introduced UEFI boot mode support;
!) vxlan - added support for Virtual eXtensible Local Area Network (VXLAN);
!) vrrp - added connection tracking data replication from VRRP master to backup;
!) vrrp - added support for VRRP grouping;
!) winbox - minimal required version is v3.21;
*) other minor fixes and improvements;
