エアコンにより予想通り体調を崩しがちです。そのせいで通院日に通えず、次の日に予約外で伺うことになりました。
体調を崩すことを分かっていても、結局暑さと湿度が不快すぎて使わずにはいられませんし、本当に困った状態です。しかも体調を崩すと頭痛と腹痛がダブルで襲ってくる始末・・・ また胃腸を整える薬をもらいに行ってくるかなぁ・・・
