[Ubuntu][SSD] Ubuntu 12.04.3 でSSDに対してTrimコマンドを有効にする方法。

上記のWebサイトに書いてあるとおりなのですが、Ubuntuにはfstrimコマンドというのが搭載されています。このコマンドを実行することで、明示的にSSDに対してTrimコマンドを実行することができます。
